For professionals who care deeply about their work, feel the weight of that care, and want a more sustainable way to keep showing up.
Welcome
You Are in the Right Place

Sustainable professional culture isn't accidental. It is practiced.
Welcome
If you care deeply about your work, you are not alone.
Maybe you have left a conversation wishing it had gone differently.
Maybe you have felt tension in a room and could not quite name what was happening.
Maybe you have wanted to belong without feeling like you had to prove yourself first.
Maybe you have wondered how to stay grounded in work that asks a lot from your body, mind, identity, and values.
This is why Work-Esteem Studio exists.
What Work-Esteem Studio Is
Work-Esteem Studio is a reflective learning space for professionals who want to understand their relationship to their work and build a more sustainable way of practicing within it.
This is not about performing better at all costs.
It is about learning how to work with honesty, clarity, care, and alignment.
It is about understanding what shapes your confidence, your sense of value, your professional identity, and your ability to stay connected to the work without losing yourself inside it.
The Five Roots
The Five Roots of Work-Esteem
At Work-Esteem Studio, growth is grounded in five roots:
Belonging
A place in the work, the team, and the professional ecosystem.
Trust
Built through consistency, clarity, care, and repair.
Repair
Something we learn, practice, and return to, not something we fear.
Practice
The ongoing rhythm of reflection, growth, feedback, and skill.
Professional Integrity
The values that ground how we show up, choose, respond, and continue.
Together, these roots support a more human and sustainable way of working.
Closing
This space exists for individuals, teams, and organizations who want their work to feel aligned with their values, not just efficient, not just impressive, but human.
The goal is not to get everything right.
The goal is to keep showing up with courage, clarity, and care, especially when the work feels complex.
You are welcome here.
With understanding and grace,
Katrina N. Wadsworth

Our Work Is Build as an Ecosystem
How Work-Esteem Studio Supports Sustainable Practice

Reflection Before Reaction
We slow down long enough to understand what is happening before rushing to fix it.
Repair Is a Professional Skill
Moments of tension, harm, or misalignment are not the end of the story. Repair is part of sustainable practice.
Trust Is Built Through Practice
Trust grows through consistency, care, and returning again and again to aligned action.
This work is not about perfection. It is about building reflection, repair, and trust into the way we practice.

Founder & Framework Developer
Hello there! I'm Katrina N. Wadsworth, founder of Work-Esteem Studio.
My work lives at the intersection of belonging, professional identity, repair, and sustainable practice.
For nearly two decades, I have worked alongside interpreters, educators, and organizations navigating the quiet pressures of care, communication, and professional culture.
Work-Esteem grew from both research and lived professional experience. I created this framework after seeing what happens when care is undervalued, when silence replaces repair, and when belonging feels conditional instead of built.
I believe professionalism is not about perfection. It is about alignment, reflection, repair, and trust.
Through Work-Esteem Studio, I support individuals and systems in developing a more sustainable relationship to their work, one grounded in belonging, trust, repair, practice, and professional integrity.
I’m glad you’re here.
Let's get started!

An Invitation to Practice Differently
If you are ready to build professional spaces where people feel safe enough to grow, steady enough to stay, and supported enough to repair, I would be honored to work with you.
Whether you are an interpreter navigating complex team dynamics, a supervisor shaping professional culture, or an organization seeking sustainable change, Work-Esteem Studio offers a place to begin.
This work starts with honest conversation and intentional practice.
We do not aim for perfection. We practice belonging. We build trust. We learn repair. We return to practice. We ground ourselves in professional integrity.
If that resonates, let’s begin.
